Located approximately 78km North of Airlie Beach is the township of Bowen. Famous for the big mango, Bowen is also home to some of the best beaches in the Whitsundays and has an interesting history to explore also. Captured in murals throughout the centre of the CBD, as well as exhibited in memorials on the foreshore and highlighted at the museum, Bowen's rich history is well displayed and fascinating to learn. The stunning beaches and coastal views simply cannot be ignored and this tour also ensures they are explored thoroughly! This is full day tour of Bowen’s rich history and beautiful beaches and includes all meals and museum entry fees. Pickup will be 8am from your accommodation. Tour price starts at $595 for 2 adults, add $15/head for children up to 13, add $30/head for extra adults. We can accommodate up to 5 passengers and tour can be customised.
